To be eligible for a refund, the book must be returned within 24 hours of receipt and must be in the same condition as when it was received. If the book was not as described in the listing (e.g. incorrect edition, damaged, etc.), we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned book.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
